    • Sanctuary Carpet Prep - Council/Deacons approved Saturday, October 16th at 10am for prepping the sanctuary for the carpet installation the week of October 18-22 (starting Monday). Worship services in the MPF for the weekends of October 16-17th and 23-24th weekends. 
    • Sanctuary Improvement Fund - have EXCEEDED what is needed for updating the carpet and pews. No further donations are required at this time. Thank you all and praise the LORD!

7pm 9/1 Congregational Meeting AGENDA - For the 1st meeting will be focused on providing information and gaining shared understanding and is as follows:

-Summary of concerns of both sides, including a brief history of this discussion at Immanuel

-Breakout discussion with small groups, followed by larger regroup

-Questions and comments at the end will help focus the 2nd meeting 

During subsequent meetings, the focus will be diving deeper into areas of question and concern as well as working toward alignment as a congregation on the topic.

  • Sanctuary Improvement Committee Update: The SIC is not presently pursuing any further updates to the sanctuary beyond the carpet and the pew cushioning.  We recommend giving priority to the major structural maintenance needs reported by the Property Board at this time.
